Scam Alert!

Scammers suck. There are few things worse than getting scammed out of your hard earned money. Not only is the money gone, but with it comes shame and a host of other negative things. Normal Guy Supercar posted a video about six months ago of a scam he came across involving BringATrailer and CarsandBids.

In short, it involves a scammer reaching out to the runner-ups of auctions, telling them that the sale fell through with the winner due to various reasons, and due to additional various reasons they want to conduct the sale outside of the auction companies. They then work to take your money through a host of schemes.

It’s incredibly lame, and I hate that this kind of thing even exists, but here we are. Watch the video below for more details, and be ever vigilant of scams.
